About the Role
We are looking for a User Experience Designer to join our team. This role focuses on understanding user needs and creating intuitive designs for web and mobile products.
Key Responsibilities
- →Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing) to understand user needs and behaviors
- →Translate research insights into user journeys, personas, wireframes, and prototypes
- →Design intuitive user flows and interactions for web and/or mobile products
- →Collaborate with UI designers and developers to ensure designs are feasible and implemented accurately
- →Iterate designs based on user feedback, testing results, and data
- →Advocate for the user throughout the product development process
- →Maintain and contribute to design systems and UX documentation
- →Drive harmonization of user experiences across all subsystems
- →Conduct usability testing and surveys
