About the Role
- βWe are looking for a Working Student Customer Support to join our team and support our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- βTrack, enter, modify and execute orders in the SAP system
- βTrack, enter and monitor claims from customers in a dedicated tool platform
- βWork with database, entering and updating information in Excel
- βInitiate changes, creation and modification for customers
- βCommunicate with customers
- βResolve requests regarding orders, deliveries, invoices and product availability
- βCooperate closely with finance and logistics departments
- βSupport in preparation of credit notes and feedback documentation
- βPerform back-office tasks including document filing, scanning, receiving and sending correspondence, inventories, and preparing documents for signing
- βCheck and complete system data
Requirements
- βExperience with SAP system
- βProficiency in Excel
- βStrong communication skills
- βAbility to work in a team environment
