💡 Key Requirements: Strong Kotlin experience (Web or Mobile) If from Mobile background, willingness to work/switch to Web-based projects. Good database experience (SQL/NoSQL). Proven lead/mentor experience and ownership mindset. Open to learning and working on Java when required.

🛠️ Technical Skills: Kotlin (Primary) Backend/API development experience Database design & optimization AWS, React – Nice to have / Plus
