$157,000 - $210,000 /year
About the Role
We are looking for an Account Director to join our team. This role focuses on owning and growing a portfolio of strategic client accounts in the financial services sector, driving revenue growth through deep client relationships and strategic guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own and grow a portfolio of strategic client accounts totaling approximately $5 to 10 MM USD in annual revenue
- →Serve as the senior relationship lead across key client stakeholders, focusing on CIO, CTO, CDO, and other C-suite leaders
- →Drive revenue growth through consistent on-site client engagement, proactively identifying and securing new opportunities
- →Partner with practices in pre-sales efforts, shaping tailored solutions and co-developing proposals
- →Collaborate with global sales teams to drive regional growth of existing accounts
- →Expand presence across client organizations by cultivating deep, trust-based relationships
- →Leverage industry expertise and business acumen to align client objectives with our capabilities
- →Provide strategic guidance to clients navigating complex transformation agendas
- →Serve as a visible leader and advocate for the Financial Services business
Requirements
- ✓Must be based currently on the West Coast
- ✓12+ years of experience growing strategic accounts in digital marketing, digital transformation, and product engineering; 10+ in consulting
- ✓10+ years of leading and developing individuals in the growth of strategic clients
- ✓10+ years of relevant experience in the U.S. financial sector with emphasis on fintech organizations
- ✓Hands-on experience supporting or leading pre-sales activities, building and executing growth strategy
- ✓Highly adaptable and comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- ✓Strong executive presence with excellent communication, storytelling, and commercial skills
- ✓Experience operating within matrixed organizations and global delivery models
- ✓MBA or prior management consulting experience a plus
