Information Security Responsibilities
β’ Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols
β’ Identify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets
β’ Understand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
β’ Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information
Key Responsibilities
β’ Own and manage the product backlog for AI-powered SMS and Email Marketing features
β’ Translate product strategy into clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
β’ Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release execution with Engineering
β’ Partner with Data Science to operationalize AI/ML-driven personalization and optimization
β’ Own the React.js front-end experience, ensuring usability, performance, and scalability
β’ Drive experimentation (A/B testing) to improve engagement, conversion, and revenue
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and mentor junior Product Owners
Required Qualifications
β’ 6+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Operations, or Product Analytics roles
β’ Strong experience delivering complex, customer-facing software products
β’ Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics, funnels, and experimentation
β’ Comfort working with engineering teams on technical tradeoffs and dependencies
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
β’ Experience in martech, messaging platforms, or enterprise eCommerce ecosystems
β’ Familiarity with SMS and email delivery systems and personalization technologies
β’ Exposure to AI/ML-powered product features
β’ Working knowledge of React.js front-end architecture
β’ Experience with tools such as Jira, Amplitude, or Looker
