Email Marketing Specialist at BOO E-Commerce

We are hiring: Marketing Specialist 🏢 BOO E-Commerce | Baghdad-Iraq Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and data-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across various channels to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels. Manage social media platforms, create content, and monitor engagement and performance. Coordinate with designers, sales teams, and external agencies to ensure consistent branding. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities. Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics (ROI, reach, engagement, conversions). Optimize campaigns based on data insights to improve results. Support events, promotions, and product launches. Maintain and update the company website and online presence. Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and newsletters.

Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in marketing or similar roles. Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (SEO, SEM, email marketing, analytics). Experience with social media management and content creation. Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills. Creativity and ability to generate new ideas. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred: Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite). Experience in B2B marketing is a plus.
