Change Management Consultants are positioned for huge growth opportunities spanning across all functional areas of the business as they take on more complex engagements, mature our end user adoption methodology, and continuously provide feedback to shape the future of our product. WHO YOU ARE You are a customer advocate and are motivated by helping others learn and grow. You listen well, ask questions, and translate business needs into a strategic plan that you can execute against. You build trusting relationships and are not afraid to advise a customer on how to improve their adoption strategy when they might not be acting in their own best interest. You can distill complex ideas into powerful messaging and meet people where they are in their technology know-how. You are comfortable advocating for the user in a room of technical subject matter experts and have a consistent record of working with senior leaders. You are persuasive, professional, flexible, and detailed – all at the same time. Here’s the fine print: • You have a strong background of 2+ years in consulting or customer-facing project work centered and Change Management. • You are comfortable working with, configuring, and implementing SaaS technologies. • You have led multiple complex projects or initiatives at once while still being laser-focused on detail. • You are independent and motivated and thrive in a fast paced, ever changing environment. • You are passionate about technology and its impact on the enterprise.
