Our mission is to bring intelligence to the world of content management and empower our customers to completely transform workflows across their organizations. With the combination of AI and enterprise content, the opportunity has never been greater to transform how the world works together and at Box you will be on the front lines of this massive shift.
Founded in 2005, Box is headquartered in Redwood City, CA, and we have offices across the United States, Europe, and Asia.
Why Box needs you?
We're looking for a Staff Engineer to join our Mobile team in Warsaw and lead a strategic platform transformation. Our mission is to deliver a world-class mobile experience that keeps pace with our web product β and to do that, we're moving to React Native as our cross-platform foundation.

Mobile is a high-visibility surface used by millions of Box customers, and this role sits at the heart of how we evolve it.
This is not a solo contributor role. We have firepower in the team. What we need is someone who can coach engineers, build engineering culture, and make the transformation stick β not just close the gap once, but establish a sustainable, scalable way of building cross-platform products at Box.
