Key Responsibilities
- →Serving as the client's ultimate internal advocate
- →Creating and maintaining client-facing delivery schedules
- →Tracking tasks and deliverables for accounts on a monthly basis
- →Working with production teams to ensure tasks are created on-time and on-brief
- →Reviewing work to ensure it's on-brief and providing feedback when necessary
- →Attending client check-ins weekly, bi-weekly or monthly
- →Ensuring content or strategy issues are escalated and resolved quickly
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree preferred
- ✓Minimum two years of relevant work experience
- ✓Exceptional communication skills with colleagues and clients
- ✓Ability to multi-task and understand client briefs
- ✓Exceptional product knowledge and understanding of production processes
- ✓Diligent record-keeping habits
- ✓Strong editorial and written communication skills
- ✓Good people skills
- ✓Attention to detail
