About the Role

We are looking for a Creative Production Project Manager to join our team at Brafton, one of the world's leading content marketing firms. This role involves managing creative production processes and ensuring client satisfaction through effective project management.

Key Responsibilities

→Serving as the client's ultimate internal advocate.
→Creating and maintaining client-facing delivery schedules.
→Tracking tasks and deliverables for accounts on a monthly basis.
→Working with production teams to ensure tasks and deliverables are created on-time and on-brief.
→Reviewing work to ensure it's on-brief and providing feedback and guidance when necessary.
→Attending weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly client check-ins.
→Ensuring content or strategy issues are escalated and resolved quickly and effectively.
→Strong computer skills, including proficiency with proprietary software and industry tools.
→Exceptional product knowledge and deep understanding of production processes.
→The ability to work at a computer during standard working hours.
