About the Role
We are looking for a Creative Production Project Manager to join our team at Brafton, a leading content marketing firm. This role involves managing client projects and ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- →Serving as the client's ultimate internal advocate
- →Creating and maintaining client-facing delivery schedules
- →Tracking tasks and deliverables for accounts on a monthly basis
- →Working with production teams to ensure tasks are completed on-time and on-brief
- →Reviewing work to ensure it's on-brief and providing feedback when necessary
- →Attending weekly, bi-weekly or monthly client check-ins
- →Ensuring content or strategy issues are escalated and resolved quickly
Requirements
- ✓Exceptional communication skills with colleagues and clients
- ✓The ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
- ✓Strong understanding of production processes and industry tools
- ✓Diligent record-keeping habits
- ✓Strong editorial and written communication skills
- ✓Bachelor’s degree preferred with minimum two years of relevant work experience
