About the Role
We are looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to join our Consulting Department at Brafton, a leading content marketing firm. This role involves working independently on email marketing campaigns and developing client-facing expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- →Determine target audiences for email campaigns
- →Provide clients with strategic guidance and recommendations
- →Set up, test, and deploy campaigns within email platforms
- →Create and refine email templates
- →Segment and maintain email lists
- →Develop automations and drip sequences
- →Report and analyze campaign performance
- →Write email copy
- →Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
- →Collaborate with team members on deliverables
- →Analyze email marketing KPIs and provide actionable insights
- →Communicate with team members to ensure project clarity
- →Ensure deliverables meet client expectations and quality standards
- →Assist with information synthesis, formatting, and report proofing
- →Explore and develop new service offerings
- →Gain insights into industry trends in email marketing and data analysis
- →Collaborate with senior staff to develop knowledge stores and processes
- →Work with development and production teams to complete tasks
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree preferred
- ✓Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience preferred
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Knowledge of the evolving email marketing landscape
- ✓Technical knowledge of multiple email marketing platforms
