Now Hiring | Interpretation Support (Mandarin/Cantonese Speakers) | Work From Home 💻 We are hiring Mandarin/Cantonese–English fluent interpreters to support a US Healthcare project. This role focuses on providing accurate, real-time interpretation between healthcare professionals and patients. Key Responsibilities • Provide consecutive and/or simultaneous interpretation between doctors, nurses, and patients in Mandarin/Cantonese and English • Accurately convey medical information, instructions, and terminology without omission or distortion • Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with healthcare data privacy standards • Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and professionalism when interacting with patients and medical staff • Manage calls efficiently while ensuring clarity, accuracy, and patient understanding • Handle high-volume interpretation calls during scheduled shifts • Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and performance metrics • Escalate communication or technical issues when necessary Role Details • Contract: 6 months + 12 months renewable • Project: US Healthcare • Work mode: 100% Work From Home • Working days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday Off) • Working hours: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM / 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM • Shift: Permanent night shift • Open to SPM / Diploma holders • Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome If you are fluent in Mandarin/Cantonese and English, comfortable with night shifts, and interested in healthcare interpretation, this role offers a strong opportunity to build relevant industry experience. 📩 Connect and send a message to apply or send your CV to [Upgrade to PRO to see contact]
