As our Product Design Lead, you will be the driving force behind the mobile experience for our diverse portfolio of iGaming products. Reporting directly to the Director of UX, you won’t just be managing pixels, you'll be architecting the future of how millions of users interact with our apps. You will lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary team of UX and UI Designers, ensuring that our native iOS/Android apps and mobile web platforms are not only visually stunning but also technically robust and compliant. Requirements: • Leadership & Team Growth: Proven experience as a UX Lead, Product Design Lead, or Design Manager. You have a track record of building, mentoring, and upskilling high-performing teams, transforming individual contributors into a cohesive powerhouse. • Mobile-First Expertise: Extensive experience leading design for native mobile (iOS/Android) and mobile web. You understand the nuances of HIG and Material Design, and you know how to bridge the gap between web and app ecosystems. • iGaming/High-Stakes Experience: A deep understanding of the iGaming, GameDev sectors. You know how to design for engagement and "joy" while navigating strict regulatory requirements and complex user flows. • Process Engineering: Demonstrated ability to set up, optimize, and govern end-to-end design processes. You are an expert at identifying workflow bottlenecks and implementing scalable frameworks that align with Agile/Scrum environments. • Strategic Problem-Solving: You are a strategic thinker who tackles complex business challenges (retention, conversion, compliance) through design, rather than just overseeing visual execution. • Systemic Thinking: Deep experience establishing and scaling multi-platform design systems in Figma, specifically optimized for high-speed developer handoff and brand consistency across multiple products. Duties & Opportunities: • Lead & Educate: Act as the primary mentor for our UX and UI designers. You will assess skill gaps, create personalized growth plans, and foster a culture of "design excellence" where continuous learning is the norm. • Process Ownership: Define and own the design lifecycle. From discovery to delivery, you will establish the rituals (critiques, sprints, handoffs) and quality standards that ensure the team operates with maximum efficiency. • Strategic Partnership: Work closely with Product Managers and Engineering Leads to translate ambitious iGaming business goals into viable, user-centric product strategies. • Design System Governance: Oversee the evolution of our multi-product design system. You’ll ensure it remains scalable, technically feasible. • UX Advocacy: Champion the value of user-centricity (including usability testing and data-driven feedback loops) at the leadership level, ensuring our mobile products are shaped by real player behavior.
