About the Role
We are looking for a Solutions Engineer to join BranchLab, a healthcare AI company focused on predicting health outcomes. This role involves delivering enterprise-grade data integrations for pharma brand and agency customers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own technical onboarding and integration delivery for enterprise pharma manufacturers, agency customers, and publishers
- →Troubleshoot and resolve campaign activation issues across third-party data platforms
- →Partner with customer and platform teams to diagnose activation gaps and validate downstream performance
- →Design and implement secure data integrations across customer environments
- →Build integration tooling, reusable connectors, and documentation to scale onboarding
- →Support pre-sales technical discovery and solution design for strategic enterprise opportunities
- →Ensure integrations meet the highest standards for privacy, compliance, and reliability
Requirements
- ✓3 - 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Data Engineering, or similar technical role
- ✓Strong working knowledge of data integrations: APIs, ETL pipelines, file-based exchanges, and cloud-native architectures
- ✓Proficiency with Python, Athena, and SQL in production environments
- ✓Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS strongly preferred)
- ✓Comfort working directly with enterprise customers and external technical stakeholders
- ✓Strong ability to explain complex technical systems clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- ✓A pragmatic, ownership-driven mindset with a focus on execution and customer outcomes
