About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join our Discovery team at Branch. This role involves building the next generation of our ad delivery platform by developing, productionizing, and deploying sophisticated machine learning models to optimize ad delivery performance.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the design, development, and deployment of high-impact machine learning models directly into our production environment.
- →Drive complex ML projects from initial research through to large-scale deployment, working closely with software engineering teams.
- →Design and execute rigorous online A/B experiments to test hypotheses and measure model performance.
- →Perform hands-on analysis of complex data sets to identify predictive signals and develop new features.
- →Establish scalable processes for large-scale data analysis, model development, validation, and serving.
- →Stay abreast of the latest research in ML, deep learning, optimization, and Ad Tech, and apply innovative approaches to Branch’s challenges.
- →Communicate complex findings and product vision to engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- ✓4+ years of professional experience building and deploying machine learning models for business applications.
- ✓Strong programming proficiency in Python, Java, or C++.
- ✓Deep expertise in algorithms, data structures, numerical optimization, data mining, and distributed computing.
- ✓Experience with ML frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.
- ✓Proven ability to translate business problems into mathematical and ML frameworks.
