About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team at Cision. This role focuses on managing customer health, experience, and relationships for a portfolio of strategic customers. The Customer Success Manager will work closely with internal stakeholders to drive product adoption and deliver a world-class experience.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop trusted advisor relationships with customer executive sponsors
- →Drive customer adoption by overseeing onboarding, training, and best practices
- →Manage account renewals and collaborate on retention strategies
- →Identify opportunities to expand platform use within customer processes
- →Identify and escalate key customer product requirements
- →Act as a coach and trusted advisor to customers
- →Maintain accurate CRM records
- →Work with Product Support teams to address technical issues
Requirements
- ✓Relevant work experience in a customer-facing role
- ✓Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
- ✓Strong understanding of the media landscape and monitoring tools
- ✓Experience working with global customers across multiple teams and regions
- ✓Proven track record of developing and executing strategic account plans
- ✓Ability to build executive-level relationships
- ✓Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve under pressure
- ✓Analytical, strategic, and insightful mindset
- ✓Ability to work autonomously with a proactive approach
- ✓Fluency in German and English (minimum C1 level)
