Airport Operations General Manager Job

Breeze Airways™ is looking for an Airport Operations General Manager to lead our operation at Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU) - soon be the largest station in the Breeze network.

This role is ideal for an airport operations professional who thrives in complex, fast-moving environments and is ready to take ownership of a high-impact operation. You’ll lead large frontline teams, partner closely with multiple service providers, and work hand-in-hand with airport, governmental, and regulatory stakeholders to deliver safe, reliable, and guest-focused operations every day.

We’re looking for someone who: 🔹 Has deep experience leading large airline or airport operations 🔹 Is comfortable navigating partnerships with airport authorities and regulatory agencies 🔹 Brings strong vendor and business-partner leadership skills 🔹 Leads with clarity, accountability, and care for frontline teams 🔹 Is excited to build, scale, and shape a flagship Breeze station
