About the Role
We are looking for a Partnership Manager to join Brex, the AI-powered spend platform. This role will be responsible for building strong relationships with VCs, accelerators, incubators, and other industry partners to drive top-of-funnel leads and expand our market footprint.
Key Responsibilities
- →Identify, cultivate, and deepen relationships with high-potential VC’s, Accelerators, Incubators, and more
- →Craft and implement tailored go-to-market strategies for each partner
- →Facilitate smooth onboarding of new partners and their teams
- →Serve as a product expert, articulating our value proposition to partners
- →Be the connective tissue for partners to the Brex ecosystem
- →Work cross-functionally across marketing, growth, direct sales, and product & engineering to drive co-marketing opportunities
- →Conduct regular performance reviews with key partners
- →Become an expert in Brex's product, features, and workflows
Requirements
- ✓3+ years in a partnerships or closing sales role
- ✓Understanding of the venture community and how to drive partnerships
- ✓Demonstrated track record of consistently hitting targets and quotas
- ✓Ability to deliver tailored, consultative solutions that align with partner’s needs
- ✓Ability to evaluate partnership performance and implement data-driven solutions
- ✓Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment
- ✓Proven ability to build trust and credibility with stakeholders
- ✓Passion for community events and activations with partners
