About the Role
Brightwheel is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join their distributed team. This role focuses on improving customer success and driving revenue expansion through data analysis in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and maintain core Post-Sales data models and pipelines using SQL and dbt
- →Build, automate, and maintain dashboards and reports in Sigma to track key Post-Sales KPIs
- →Own and maintain weekly business review (WBR) source files and underlying data pipelines
- →Meet regularly with stakeholders to understand data needs and translate metrics into actionable recommendations
Requirements
- ✓2-4 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or relevant technical role
- ✓Advanced proficiency in SQL, Data Transformation with dbt, and Business Intelligence tools
- ✓Experience creating and maintaining data models and pipelines for Post-Sales reporting
- ✓History of building and owning dashboards and reports in a BI tool
- ✓Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management
- ✓Track record of leveraging AI to multiply productivity and output
