Forecast project revenue accurately and proactively manage project financials, including P&L oversight and budget control • 4. Lead program management activities, coordinating multiple workstreams and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives • 5. Analyze project performance metrics and generate actionable insights to drive continuous improvement and optimize outcomes • 6. Oversee people management tasks, including resource allocation, team development, and performance reviews • 7. Identify, escalate, and resolve project risks and issues promptly, maintaining stakeholder confidence and minimizing disruptions • 8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and successful delivery • • Required Skills: • 1.
