About the Role
We are seeking a Software Development Lead to join our team. This role involves leading development efforts and working with cross-functional teams to build scalable applications.
Key Responsibilities
- →Work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop and maintain scalable applications
- →Analyze and maintain existing software applications
- →Understand complex business domains and existing code-based solutions
- →Ensure acceptance criteria of user stories are met and limit QA failures
- →Produce high-quality code using Behavior and Test-Driven Development
- →Embrace exposure to new architectures, cloud-based infrastructures, microservices
- →Diagnose issues via debugging, logging and telemetry
- →Mentor junior developers and lead code reviews
Requirements
- ✓Excellent professional experience with C# and modern .NET ecosystem
- ✓Professional experience with React and test frameworks such as Jest
- ✓Experience using containerized systems, with some experience with ECS or Kubernetes
- ✓Experience in writing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions or Tekton
- ✓Professional experience using JavaScript and TypeScript
- ✓Experience with message-based architecture (SNS/SQS or similar)
- ✓Understanding of relational and NoSQL databases, Postgres and JSON data type
- ✓Test Driven Development and Behavior Driven Development
- ✓Experience working in an Agile based project delivery environment
- ✓Ability to refactor code
- ✓Ability to work in a complex and fast-moving domain
- ✓Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP
- ✓Excellent English communication skills (read/write)
