About the Role
We are seeking a Product Owner with expertise in the BFSI domain, particularly in Automotive Finance. This role will be responsible for defining and communicating the product vision and strategy for the Salesforce platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for the Salesforce platform
- →Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and customer needs
- →Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Service teams to understand their needs
- →Work closely with the development team, Scrum Master, Business Analysts, and QA analysts in all Agile ceremonies
- →Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and the development team
- →Support UAT processes and conduct initial acceptance testing
- →Define and track key performance indicators to assess product performance
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within an Agile environment
- ✓8+ years of overall experience
- ✓Strong domain knowledge in BFSI, with Automotive Finance being a desired attribute
- ✓Deep knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including core clouds, configuration, and customization
- ✓Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban
- ✓Ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation
- ✓Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- ✓Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- ✓Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certification
- ✓Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) certification
