About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager at BriteCore to lead efforts in delivering world-class Policy Management and Billing features within our software suite. This role involves driving the strategic direction of these key product areas, ensuring they meet high standards of usability, functionality, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own and evolve Policy Management & Billing: Drive the roadmap for core policy lifecycle, rating, invoicing, and billing
- →Lead the modernization of BriteCore’s configuration-driven platform
- →Drive the strategy for Document Generation
- →Incorporate customer and stakeholder feedback
- →User-centric design
- →Cross-functional collaboration
- →Continuous improvement
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science related field
- ✓3+ years of progressive technical product management experience within the SaaS space
- ✓3+ years of B2B SaaS experience, supporting a complex product
- ✓Strong working knowledge of AI tools
- ✓Analytical skills
- ✓Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- ✓Passion for user-centric design
- ✓Experience with failure and ability to course correct
