About the Role
We are looking for a Graphic Designer, Digital to join the Brooks team. This role focuses on creating breakthrough design that inspires runners and the running community.
Key Responsibilities
- →Collaborate with Marketing and eCommerce teams to provide digital design perspective for Brooks communication
- →Support Marketing team with digital and print designs and campaigns
- →Work with local teams to localize campaigns for EMEA markets
- →Drive creative development from concept to design completion
- →Create finished design assets for all campaign elements
- →Problem solve and find multiple design solutions under constraints
- →Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- →Direct freelance creative partners as required
- →Translate complex product technology into easy-to-understand stories
Requirements
- ✓Creative portfolio demonstrating layout, typography, and conceptual design skills
- ✓+3 years experience as a web designer or equivalent
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in related field or relevant experience
- ✓Expert knowledge in Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
- ✓Responsive design experience required
- ✓Experience with Sketch strongly desirable
- ✓Experience with web CMS (Sitecore, Salesforce) strongly desirable
- ✓Experience with creating animated banners strongly desirable
- ✓Experience with Adobe After Effects a plus
- ✓Experience art directing photographers and illustrators
- ✓Fast and efficient with proven project/time management skills
- ✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ✓Proficiency in English
- ✓Knowledge of European languages (German, French, Italian, Spanish, Dutch) a plus
- ✓Passion for running enthusiast and active lifestyle
