Your Job:
The Brooks Creative team imagines/designs/curates/manifests creative assets for internal and external Brooks partners. Print, digital, events, retail, packaging—even porta potties—are our canvas and runners are our inspiration. Our team, which serves as the Brooks agency of record, seeks a Sr Manager, Account & Project Management, to lead an Account Management and Project Management team and drive a wide range of projects that bring the Brooks brand to runners.
As the Senior Manager, Account & Project Management, you’ll oversee and lead the teams that sit at the center of our Brooks creative development and will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure the creative output is on brand, on brief and on-time delivery of all creative assets. You will partner directly with various marketing partners to understand the seasonal objectives, key delivery dates and how to reach the runner in unique ways. You will partner with the Senior Creative Strategist to ensure the brief and final work will resonate with runners, and you will partner directly with Creative Managers to ensure great creative is delivered on time, and on brief. And finally, you will partner with the Sr Manager, Creative Content Production and Sr Manager, Production Design to ensure all creative deliverables are on time, and on budget.
You will oversee all creative projects, and you’ll be charged with ensuring that all projects managed by the Campaign Account Management teams and Project Management teams hit each milestone commitment and are delivered on time, and on budget – with exceptional creative.
Your exceptional communication skills, collaborative nature, organizational abilities, and flexibility to fill holes will ensure that stakeholders are always in the know and that every project is running smoothly. You don’t have to be a runner, but you do need to gain a strong understanding of the business and be able to roll up your sleeves to solve various business problems thrown your way.
You will serve and inspire as a leader and key member of the team, leading the way as the Brooks Running agency of record within the Brooks Creative Lab.
Your Responsibilities:
• Serve as an Account leader to drive strategic creative conversations across key creative and marketing leadership touchpoints, driving confidence and decision making in support of the creative and the business goals.
• Lead, develop and inspire an Account Management team by coaching, counseling, directing, resourcing, and removing roadblocks to enable your team to deliver quality creative on time and within budget
• Foster operational excellence within your organization – driving best-in-class working teams of account and project managers focused on dedicated marketing programs. Achieve strong customer service with partners along with successful project completion metrics
• Build new ways of working across all touchpoints of account and project management project stage gates - driving towards continuous improvement, clarity and consistency of working teams, and proactive communications across all internal and external partners
• Oversee the management of creative projects from the start to finish – delivering stellar creative while hitting each milestone on-brief, on-time, and on-budget, acting as project/account manager for designated large scale global projects
• Establish and continually improve project workflow and tools and build a culture of Account/Project Management excellence and a reputation for exceptional service and creativity, including owning both team and cross functional statuses in partnership with creative operations and the use of Workfront
• Partner closely with marketing operations and brand marketing teams on campaign activations & optimizations to ensure alignment on campaign objectives and on-time delivery of assets
• Present insights, data & campaign metrics during client meetings and/or project reviews
• Develop a format to provide frequent campaign status updates to key creative and marketing stakeholders – including external and internal campaign updates, recaps & useful insights
• In partnership with the Director, Creative Studio Operations, develop and implement short-term and longrange strategies and planning to successfully deliver creative projects on time and on budget
• Identify and escalate gaps in resourcing across your teams to inform resource and staffing decisions
• Work with creative leadership to develop production tools/structures/methodologies to plan and scale for the future, including building efficiencies and improvements
• Develop a deep understanding of Brooks’ business and opportunities by connecting with leaders and peers across the organization, utilizing this knowledge to inform and influence campaign development and execution
• Stay abreast of trends and communicate this information to the broader creative and marketing teams, as well as business units across the organization
• Interface with all levels of management and ensure creative alignment throughout marketing
• Nurture positive, collaborative working relationships with internal and external colleagues
• Develop a culture of exceptional service, trust, and executional excellence
Your Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline preferred OR equivalent education/experience.
• 10+ years’ account and project management experience
• 5 years within an advertising agency, handling relationships at all levels on a brands marketing organization.
• 3+ years’ experience managing Account Managers
• Experience acting as a liaison with third party partners and suppliers.
• Strong knowledge of best practices for creative development workflow, marketing campaigns, and production
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to get things done
• Sound judgment and effective prioritization skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills that inspire and build trust resulting in effective working relationships across the company
• Working knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Adobe Workfront and expertise with project management software tools and software

Compensation: The pay range for this position, based out of the Brooks Seattle HQ, is $134,295.39 - $214,893.80 per year. Base pay offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
