About the Role
We are seeking a Temporary Recruiter for a 6-8 month assignment to lead full-cycle recruitment across multiple business functions. This role requires deep partnership with clients and a creative approach to talent acquisition, focusing on delivering an outstanding candidate experience while implementing recruiting best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage full lifecycle recruiting using creative methods, sources, advertising, and events
- →Develop and implement recruiting strategies across corporate disciplines with dedication to diverse hiring practices
- →Deliver an outstanding candidate experience that represents company values and culture
- →Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies
- →Collaborate with HR Partners and Recruiters to innovate recruiting service models and standard methodologies
- →Build and maintain candidate networks through proactive market research and relationship management
- →Conduct in-depth interviews and anticipate hiring manager preferences
- →Train and coach hiring managers on behavioral and competency-based interviewing
- →Use talent market expertise and data to educate hiring managers on talent acquisition
- →Partner with HR Operations Team to address competitive pay gaps
- →Proactively identify and resolve issues using a consultative approach
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Human Resources, or related field
- ✓3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with difficult-to-fill roles across multiple business functions
- ✓2+ years of corporate full-cycle recruiting experience
- ✓Demonstrated ability to partner with HR Partners, HR Operations, Finance, and hiring teams
- ✓Ability to develop positive relationships with diverse teams across the company
- ✓In-depth knowledge of recruiting techniques using social media and job boards
- ✓Team player with positive attitude willing to contribute to all parts of recruiting process
- ✓Adaptability and resilience when faced with change or ambiguous problems
- ✓Advanced experience with ATS systems including candidate search, assessments, and reporting
- ✓Excellent social skills including negotiating, influencing, problem solving, and facilitation
- ✓Outstanding project management, attention to detail, and collaboration skills
- ✓Ability to prioritize competing deadlines and manage time effectively
- ✓Analytical skills and reporting experience
- ✓Computer proficiency with MS Office programs and HRIS/ATS systems
- ✓Proven success partnering with internal clients to identify right talent and counsel managers
