BruntWork is looking for a Senior-level E-commerce Digital Marketing Specialist to lead high-impact paid advertising and lifecycle marketing strategies for premium e-commerce brands. This role is ideal for a strategic marketer with deep Shopify experience who thrives in performance-driven environments and enjoys working directly with high-caliber clients.

Role Details • Job Type: Full-time (40 hours/week) • Schedule: Ideally 9:00 AM–5:00 PM ET (CT/PT alignment possible) • Client Timezone: Eastern Time (EST) • Work Timezone: Florida • Openings: One (1) position only

Compensation • USD 10.00/hour • USD 1,700/month | PHP 100,400/month

What You’ll Do You’ll drive cohesive, data-backed marketing strategies across paid ads, email marketing, social media, and conversion funnels. Working closely with senior specialists, you’ll optimize campaigns, manage advanced email automations (Klaviyo/Mailchimp), enhance Shopify landing pages, and continuously improve the end-to-end customer journey—from first click to conversion.

What We’re Looking For • Senior-level digital marketing experience with a strong Shopify focus • Expert knowledge of Facebook Ads and Google Ads • Proven success managing campaigns for premium or high-caliber clients • Strong grasp of how paid ads, email, social media, and CRO work together • Proficiency in Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar platforms • Excellent English communication and client-facing skills • Ability to work EST hours (LATAM-based candidates preferred)
