About the Role
We are looking for a Chief of Staff to join our team at Bureau. This role focuses on ensuring our boldest priorities get executed through strategic and operational leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build the operating system: quarterly planning, strategic initiatives, and internal alignment
- →Lead strategic projects: international expansion, organizational design, GTM acceleration
- →Drive clarity and alignment: write strategic memos, decision docs, and company updates
- →Enable the CEO: prioritize tasks, prepare decision briefs, and unblock execution
- →Operational oversight: monitor KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and build dashboards
Requirements
- ✓4-8 years in strategy, operations, or business leadership
- ✓SaaS, fintech, or enterprise B2B background preferred
- ✓Track record building or improving revenue operations, strategic initiatives, or company-wide processes
- ✓Strategic thinking, operational rigor, executive communication, and execution bias
