You'll be at the heart of an extremely versatile and fast-paced environment, where new collections, campaigns, and product launches will keep you sharp and excited. Your Role: You will be responsible for designing and improving BURGA’s website experience with a strong focus on user experience, conversion optimization, and visual design. You will translate user behavior insights and business goals into intuitive, engaging, and high-performing web interfaces that elevate our digital presence and drive growth across all markets.   WHAT YOU’LL DO - Design UI visual assets for website components & A/B tests  - Conduct user research, surveys, polls, and questionnaires - Collaborate with the customer support team to improve the website shopping experience and solve the most common web design issues - Collaborate with the product team to prepare the website for new product launches, conduct market research, design new theme sections and features - Work closely with the team to ensure web design consistency - Create web UI library, assets, and design guidelines for other team members - Translate product metrics, user research, and data insights into meaningful design concepts, experiments, and solutions - Build marketing landing pages with visual website builder tools- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems for different countries/regions - Develop wireframes and prototypes for website redesign ideas WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR - Have proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing responsive web design projects - Proficient in HTML and CSS - Proficient in using GA4, Clarity, and Hotjar for tracking site metrics and user engagement - Knowledge of GA4, heatmaps, and data-driven design - Strong understanding of design principles and user-centered design methodologies - Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies and tools is a plus SALARY: 3400-4400 EUR/Month GROSS.
