About the Role
ButterflyMX is seeking a Technical Talent Sourcer for a 3-month temporary position with potential for extension. This role will focus on developing and executing sourcing strategies for engineering and product roles, engaging passive candidates, and managing the top-of-funnel process.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with Technical Talent Partners and hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies
- →Attend role intake meetings to understand talent requirements
- →Build targeted searches in LinkedIn Recruiter to identify top talent
- →Draft and send engaging outreach to passive candidates
- →Serve as the primary touchpoint for candidates from initial outreach until the recruiter screen
- →Track candidate data and funnel metrics for weekly reporting
- →Assist with ad-hoc projects on the Talent Acquisition team
Requirements
- ✓4+ years of experience sourcing technical talent in Engineering, Product, or Business Systems
- ✓Demonstrable success in hiring top technical talent at high-growth tech companies
- ✓Strong understanding of modern programming languages
- ✓Advanced experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and its AI features
- ✓Prior experience with Juicebox/PeopleGPT is an advantage
- ✓Experience with reporting sourcing metrics
- ✓Ability to source talent creatively from multiple sources
- ✓Strong communication and organizational skills
