About the Role

We are looking for an E-Commerce Client Partnership Manager to join C.A. Fortune, a leading consumer brands agency. This role will manage a portfolio of clients on Amazon.com, ensuring their success and growth through strategic leadership and operational oversight.

Key Responsibilities

→Directly manage clients’ brands and portfolio, focusing on ecommerce strategy development
→Create and optimize Amazon digital shelf, including assortment recommendations, pricing, and merchandising
→Lead Amazon Advertising strategy and execution, managing 1P and 3P selling
→Work with clients to identify, track, and report on KPIs
→Help clients navigate relationships with Amazon Vendor Managers
→Manage clients’ vendor and seller accounts, including catalog and content updates
→Lead onboarding of new clients and new product launches
→Analyze client reporting to develop insights that drive growth
→Track progress and coordinate client updates to meet critical timelines
→Troubleshoot operational issues with Amazon support

Requirements

✓At least 3 years of experience working with Amazon
✓Experience with major retailers (Brick & Mortar or Online)
✓Experience partnering with Amazon and working with Seller Central and Vendor Central platforms
✓Experience with Amazon's advertising portal
✓Strong knowledge of the consumer products industry, specifically food products
✓Strong communication skills with attention to detail
✓Demonstrated competency in multi-tasking and problem-solving
✓Bachelor’s Degree and/or similar industry experience
✓Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
