About the Role
We are looking for a Data Support Specialist to join our Accounting Department and support the General Manager. This role involves maintaining financial and operational data, processing invoices, and ensuring data integrity across systems.
Key Responsibilities
- →Accurately enter payment invoices into QuickBooks Online and accounting systems
- →Pull and compile data reports from CRM platforms such as Salesforce
- →Look up and verify customer, job, or transaction data within CRM systems
- →Maintain and update Google Sheets and excel spreadsheets
- →Scan, file, and organize physical and digital documents
- →Perform daily upkeep and validation of financial and operational data
- →Support filing and record-keeping tasks
- →Generate reports for the GM and Accountant as needed
- →Identify discrepancies and ensure data integrity across systems
