About the Role
Cambridge Consultants, a Deep Tech powerhouse within the Capgemini group, is seeking a Recruiter for a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role will support the early stages of the recruitment lifecycle, working closely with Senior Recruiters and Hiring Managers, primarily focusing on early careers recruitment (internships and graduate roles).
Key Responsibilities
- →Review and assess CVs against role requirements, following briefings from Senior Recruiters
- →Attend internal briefing meetings prior to candidate interviews
- →Manage rejection communications for candidates who have completed a first-stage interview
- →Handle early-stage recruitment queries from internal stakeholders
- →Manage candidate records accurately within the ATS
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience working in recruitment, ideally in-house
- ✓Experience recruiting for early careers and/or technical (STEM) roles
- ✓Confidence in CV screening and early-stage decision making
- ✓Ability to work independently, using initiative while recognising when to seek advice
- ✓Strong written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and priorities
