About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to partner with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and RevOps to own GTM P&Ls and turn GTM plans into reliable financial data. You will connect hiring and spend decisions to outcomes across the business, helping leaders make informed decisions and hit targets effectively. This role is part of our global Finance team, reporting to the Senior Manager, Strategic FP&A, and delivering insights that shape company decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner closely with GTM leaders and RevOps to support decisions on hiring, spend, and business priorities.
- →Build and improve driver-based financial models that connect inputs to results.
- →Lead GTM planning and forecasting cadences, including monthly outlooks and annual planning.
- →Analyze performance data to provide clear insights and actionable recommendations.
- →Manage cross-functional projects to improve data quality and reporting.
- →Present updates to Finance and GTM leadership with a focus on actionable insights.
Requirements
- ✓4+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or a similar role (SaaS experience preferred).
- ✓Experience working with GTM teams to influence decisions with data.
- ✓Strong modeling skills and ability to build forecasts from business drivers.
- ✓Ability to work with imperfect data and create a single view for leadership.
- ✓Clear communicator who collaborates effectively across functions.
- ✓Understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, bookings, churn, etc.) or willingness to learn quickly.
- ✓Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of projects.
