About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our team at Camunda, a leader in enterprise agentic automation. This role focuses on defining and leading the Business Process Orchestration and Automation (BOAT) category as we grow past the $100M ARR mark.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the Narrative: Act as the subject matter expert for your focus area and translate complex capabilities into clear value propositions.
- →Drive Go-to-Market Strategy: Lead launch and adoption strategies for key initiatives and orchestrate GTM execution across sales, marketing, and product teams.
- →Create High-Impact Content: Build collateral that helps our sales team win, including technical white papers and business-level pitch decks.
- →Empower the Field: Equip sales and customer success teams with tools for credible conversations with buyers.
- →Market Intelligence: Deep dive into market trends, competitive positioning, and customer needs.
Requirements
- ✓5+ years in product marketing, solution marketing, or strategic marketing at a B2B SaaS or enterprise software company.
- ✓Strategic Expertise in vertical/industry marketing, technical/core marketing, or partner/ecosystem marketing.
- ✓Ability to take complex concepts and turn them into compelling stories.
- ✓Proven ability to lead by influence and work with Product, Sales, Engineering, and Partner teams.
