About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join Canals, a fully remote startup transforming the industrial supply chain with AI. Our platform automates tasks for distributors and reduces failure points in global logistics. As we scale, we need someone to build strong talent pipelines for our engineering and product teams.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and product roles, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer management.
- →Build and maintain a steady pipeline of qualified candidates through creative sourcing and outbound strategies.
- →Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements, craft outreach strategies, and calibrate talent quality.
- →Manage candidate experience end-to-end, reflecting Canals’ culture of transparency and excellence.
- →Use data to track pipeline health, conversion rates, and hiring velocity to improve processes.
- →Represent Canals authentically to attract top technical talent.
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, either in-house or at an agency, with a strong track record of delivering hires.
- ✓Exceptional sourcing ability, including creating smart searches and identifying talent efficiently.
- ✓Strong communication and selling skills to engage, qualify, and close candidates in competitive markets.
- ✓Experience recruiting for technical roles such as software engineering, machine learning, DevOps, product, and design.
- ✓Ability to manage multiple requisitions and build consistent pipeline momentum in a fast-moving environment.
- ✓Proactive, process-oriented, and collaborative approach with a focus on ownership and results.
