About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Sourcer focused on South America to join Canals, a fully remote, profitable startup transforming the industrial supply chain with AI. This role is crucial for generating talent pipelines for engineering and technical customer roles.
Key Responsibilities
- →Generate strong pipelines across engineering and technical customer roles
- →Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, referrals, outbound campaigns, and other creative strategies
- →Review and engage inbound applicants quickly and thoughtfully
- →Run structured first-round screens to assess technical alignment, communication skills, English fluency, and overall fit
- →Sell the opportunity clearly and build real excitement with strong candidates
- →Manage scheduling and candidate flow through early interview stages
- →Track activity and pipeline metrics to ensure consistent hiring momentum
Requirements
- ✓1-5+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience
- ✓Experience sourcing technical talent preferred
- ✓Strong sourcing fundamentals and ability to build smart searches
- ✓Excellent communication skills and strong English fluency
- ✓Good instincts for talent evaluation and candidate quality
- ✓Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating with high ownership in a remote environment
