About the Role

We are looking for a Full Cycle Recruiter to join our team at Candid Health. This role focuses on building and maintaining talent pipelines for non-technical positions, ensuring a seamless candidate experience, and optimizing recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities

→Lead full cycle recruiting for non-technical positions, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers
→Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand their talent needs and develop recruitment strategies that align with business objectives
→Proactively identify opportunities to streamline and optimize recruitment processes, driving initiatives to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate quality
→Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, Hiring Managers, and cross-functional stakeholders

Requirements

✓3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high volume, but high bar environment
✓Demonstrated success in building pipelines and developing top of funnel strategy
✓Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
✓Humble and team-oriented, prioritizing collective success over individual achievements
✓Takes initiative, persists in the face of setbacks, and continuously strives for excellence
✓Experienced in working with common recruiting tools and systems such as Ashby
✓Understands and uses metrics to inform hiring tactics and strategies
