About the Role
We are looking for a Full Cycle Recruiter to join Candid Health and lead our talent acquisition efforts. This role focuses on scaling our Go-to-Market teams across Sales, Business Development, and Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead full cycle recruiting for scaling Go-to-Market positions
- →Partner with Hiring Managers and Senior Leadership to develop recruitment strategies
- →Streamline and optimize recruitment processes to improve efficiency
- →Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders
- →Mentor team members to scale internal recruiting practices
Requirements
- ✓7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, specifically in scaling GTM teams
- ✓Demonstrated success in developing top-of-funnel strategies and managing candidate pipelines
- ✓Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ✓Comfortable with data and using conversion rates to manage expectations
- ✓Humble and team-oriented, prioritizing collective success
- ✓Thrive in ambiguity and take ownership of outcomes
- ✓Experienced in working with recruiting tools such as Ashby
