About the Role
Cantina Labs is seeking a Web Designer to work at the intersection of AI and consumer social. In this role, you’ll own the end-to-end design process, shaping intuitive and dynamic interactions that deepen engagement and expand our user base.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define a multiyear vision for Cantina’s web product
- →Develop high-fidelity user interfaces and user experience designs
- →Collaborate closely with engineering, research, and product teams
- →Manage multiple ongoing projects and initiatives
- →Help establish a culture and development processes for best in class product design
- →Communicate and craft every detail of new product features
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience as a UI/UX designer
- ✓Demonstrated portfolio of shipping amazing experiences
- ✓Strong understanding of AI-driven interactions and/or consumer social products
- ✓Ability to prototype and iterate quickly based on user feedback
- ✓Passion for creating engaging, player-centric experiences
