About the Role
We are looking for a Program Manager to join the Brand ID Squad at Canva. This role will focus on managing complex brand identity initiatives and ensuring smooth delivery from concept to rollout.
Key Responsibilities
- βManage key projects from brief to creative delivery including Branding toolkits & rollouts
- βSupport the Creative Director and Brand Ops Lead by intaking weekly project requests
- βProactively improve processes and systems to help mobilize a fast-growing, global team
- βPartner with external partners or agencies to ensure high creative quality and delivery
- βWork with Marketing & Creative Leads to prioritize projects and determine appropriate resourcing solutions
- βServe as the central project manager for cross-group projects ensuring aligned rollout briefs
Requirements
- β3-4 years professional experience in Creative/Branding Agency or Marketing organization
- βExperience project managing various types of projects, developing timelines, resourcing teams, and tracking priorities
- βExperience with branding and brand identity development, swag projects, event assets, and marketing campaigns
- βComfortable using modern Project Management and Creative Resourcing Tools such as Monday, Slack, and Zoom
- βCross-functional management experience in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- βStrong organizational and people skills with the ability to set priorities, problem-solve, multi-task, and work in a rapidly changing environment
- βSelf-driven, organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
