About the Role
We are looking for a Community Manager to join Canvaβs education community ecosystem in Indonesia. This role involves supporting teacher communities, education creators, and teacher Canvassadors, with a focus on maintaining content and engagement strategies across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- βManage daily interactions across teacher communities on Facebook, WhatsApp, and offline.
- βHandle day-to-day queries from teachers and Canvassadors, ensuring timely responses.
- βMaintain strong relationships with teachers and education creators.
- βKeep education content running consistently on Facebook and WhatsApp channels.
- βCoordinate posting schedules, community prompts, and campaign-related communications.
- βLead recurring education community programs such as webinars, workshops, and creator content cycles.
- βSupport education-related marketing campaigns, launches, and community moments.
- βMonitor community sentiment, creator activity, and program performance.
Requirements
- βConfident communication in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, written and spoken.
- β4β6 years of experience in community, education, marketing, or events.
- βAbility to work independently and manage multiple workstreams reliably.
- βStrong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
- βExperience with advocacy communities, education networks, or event management is a plus.
- βPassion for empowering others and creating positive impact.
