We are looking for a Customer Happiness Team Member to join Canva's growing community in Manila. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer support to users around the world.

Requirements
- βRelevant customer service experience in email, chat, and phone support roles
- βStrong communication skills, both verbal and written
- βExperience in Customer Service, particularly in technical support areas
- βProblem-solving abilities and the ability to turn challenges into positive experiences
- βTech-comfortability and quick learning of new systems and tools
- βAdaptability and open-mindedness in dynamic, fast-moving environments
- βEmpathy, patience, and professionalism in every interaction
- βBased in the Metro Manila Area and open to working a shifting schedule onsite
