About the Role
We are looking for a Security Outreach Program Manager to join Canva's Security Group. This role combines security education with program management to build secure cultures across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead ad-hoc security consulting engagements with business teams to identify risks and implement practical solutions
- →Own, build, and refine the Security Champions program across the organization
- →Design, deliver, and maintain security trainings tailored to different audiences
- →Create communication formats focused on knowledge sharing
- →Build and refine security processes and standards for the broader business
- →Help manage compliance and onboarding training in partnership with Canva U
- →Build strong working relationships across Security, Risk, Trust & Safety, and business partners
Requirements
- ✓Strong written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Solid understanding of organizational cyber security risk
- ✓Experience implementing security processes and writing standards
- ✓Proven ability to drive projects through other teams with stakeholder buy-in
- ✓Experience supporting programs to evolve based on feedback
- ✓Someone who can tackle problems with confidence and bring others along
