About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join Canva's team in Sydney. This role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with strategic accounts, driving customer success, and identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- βLead the post-sale relationship of Canvaβs strategic accounts within the customer journey, including onboarding, training, adoption, and advocacy.
- βWork to understand customersβ objectives through relationship building and multithreading, identifying areas for growth within existing accounts.
- βCreate, educate, experiment, and collaborate with senior leadership and customers to build team practices and playbooks for operating as a top SaaS business.
- βIdentify opportunities for product improvements by working closely with cross-functional teams and ensuring clients are up-to-date on the latest features and offerings.
Requirements
- β3+ years of enterprise post-sales experience in B2B SaaS (renewals, expansions, and complex stakeholders).
- βAbility to deliver outcomes by consistently hitting (and exceeding) quota.
- βCommercial thinking to protect revenue, spot whitespace, shape value, and turn customer goals into clear growth plans.
- βAbility to tell stories with data by using insights, adoption signals, and customer context to influence decisions.
- βStrong communication skills to align stakeholders, rally internal teams, and present clearly and confidently.
- βAgility and curiosity to learn fast, adapt to change, and enjoy figuring things out in a scaling environment.
- βIntegrity to build credibility through transparency, follow-through, and doing whatβs right for the customer and Canva.
- βGrit to stay resourceful and action-oriented, even when things get complex or ambiguous.
