About the Role
We are looking for a Growth Strategist to join Canva's team in Sao Paulo. This 12-month contract role focuses on defining and leading growth strategies for Brazil, aligned with country-level objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- βDefine and lead the strategy for growth vertical in Brazil
- βTranslate market insights and performance data into actionable plans
- βPartner across Product, Marketing, Content, and other business areas
- βIdentify and prioritize high-impact growth levers
- βEstablish success metrics and track performance
- βContribute to broader country priorities and cross-functional initiatives
Requirements
- βProven experience owning business metrics or growth areas
- βData-driven decision making with commercial and analytical judgment
- βAbility to influence stakeholders without direct authority
- βExperience shaping strategy and driving execution
- βComfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- βClear communication in both English and Portuguese
- βMotivation to build long-term impact in Brazil
