About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Revenue Strategy Lead to join Canva's Revenue Operations team. This role will oversee Deal Desk, Deal Operations, Sales Provisioning, and Order Management, designing a scalable roadmap to empower the Sales team while maintaining financial discipline.
Key Responsibilities
- βLead and develop global teams across Deal Desk, Deal Operations, Sales Provisioning, and Order Management
- βEnable faster deal cycles by defining clear pricing guardrails, approval frameworks, and standardized commercial playbooks
- βImprove deal economics through data-driven insights on discounting, incentives, and commercial structures
- βDesign scalable, automated workflows across CPQ, provisioning, and order management to reduce friction and operational risk
- βEnsure clean activation, accurate entitlements, and seamless handoffs across Billing, Support, and Revenue Accounting
Requirements
- βProven experience leading Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, or Sales Operations teams in high-growth SaaS or enterprise environments
- βDemonstrated success improving deal velocity while maintaining strong governance and controls
- βStrong commercial and financial acumen with the ability to assess deal structures and economics
- βExperience scaling processes and automation within Salesforce, CPQ, and provisioning/order systems
- βExceptional cross-functional leadership skills, aligning Sales, Finance, Legal, and Systems
