Where and how you can work
Our flagship campus is in Sydney, Australia but we have a swanky new office in Shoreditch, London that has all the bells and whistles.
Note: This is an on-site role, based at our campus in Shoreditch, London.
What youβd be doing in this role
As Canva scales change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think that's all part of the fun. So this will give you the flavour of the type of things you'll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve.
At the moment, this role is focused on:
β’ Provide AV support for all Canva events in our London campus, including gathering technical requirements and partnering with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
β’ Provide on-site & remote tech support to Canvanauts at our London campus.
β’ Support and troubleshoot all on-site Canva hardware devices including MacBooks, mobile devices, network infrastructure and video conferencing equipment.
β’ Support management of Canva EMEA assets including maintaining accurate records, procurement, provisioning and management.
β’ Support with the onboarding and offboarding of Canvanauts across the EMEA region.
β’ Contribute to our global support model through responding to service requests through our service channels, with a focus on supporting users across EMEA.
β’ Contribute to IT Supergroup & Global IT Operations goals to continually improve our service delivery model.
You're probably a match if
β’ You demonstrate exceptional customer service skills with experience supporting users on-site.
β’ You have experience supporting a variety of in-person, hybrid, and remote events using video, audio, and collaboration technology.
β’ You have experience supporting MDM-managed Apple/Mac hardware within an enterprise environment.
β’ You have experience supporting or administering applications such as Canva, Google Workspace, Okta, Jira, Confluence, Slack, and Zoom.
β’ You have experience onboarding and offboarding employees, including access provisioning and de-provisioning, as well as hardware delivery and collection.
β’ You have experience supporting on-site office infrastructure, including networking infrastructure, meeting rooms, event spaces, and printers.
β’ You have experience managing hardware assets, including vendor engagement and management, maintaining asset records, and hardware distribution.
β’ You demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, including contributing to user and technical documentation.
β’ You are able to manage multiple competing tasks and priorities with ease.
β’ You have experience working as part of a globally distributed team.
About the team
Canva is seeking a highly motivated IT/Tech Support Engineer to join our EMEA IT Operations team (London) to support Canvanauts to do the best work of their lives! It's more than tickets at Canva - you'll have the opportunity to contribute to projects that improve our service delivery, learn new skills and work in a collaborative, globally distributed team.
We're looking for someone who's passionate about excellent customer service and has demonstrated experience in a similar role within an IT / AV / Tech support environment.
