Key Responsibilities
- βAssist with completing Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) and Transfer Impact Assessments (TIAs)
- βSupport compliance operations such as maintaining the Record of Processing Activity
- βManage matter workflows and update agreement and policy templates
- βCoordinate updates to terms and conditions, policies, and related documentation
- βAssist with evidence collection for ISO and SOC audits
- βManage the risk register by uploading risks into Jira
- βConduct legal research and support privacy, litigation, or product-related matters
- βMaintain document filing, template creation, and knowledge bases
- βPrepare presentations, training decks, FAQs, and internal communications
- βCoordinate and support legal training sessions and onboarding programs
Requirements
- β3+ years of relevant work experience, preferably as a paralegal
- βTech-savvy and willing to learn new tech tools
- βExceptional time management skills and problem-solving abilities
- βKeen eye for detail, accuracy, and quality
- βUnderstanding of legal terminology and concepts
- βCreative flair for visual communication
- βWillingness to support a global team across different time zones
